Description:   Known as Fissi by locals, this is a Cichlid species endemic to Lake Barombi Mbo in Cameroon. They are a CARES listed fish and dominant males turn black with flecks of red on the fins and blue/green throughout the body. Females stay silver and may get a gray line that runs the center of the body from mouth gills to tail. Pictured are a male and female.
